A graded appliance is an item with small imperfections.

These are sometimes referred to as refurbished appliances.

This means that somewhere on the item scratches or blemishes may be visible and the boxes may be tatty or non original.

The majority of the products we sell at Kettle and Toaster Man are graded products and may have imperfections.

We do also sell new items with no imperfections. These appliances will have new in the title or description

A return to base warranty means that after a certain period of time if the item is faulty, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item back to supplier.

The majority of our items come with a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a full refund will be issued. If the item is unwanted but the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item.

After the first 30 days the item will be repaired or replaced.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return items after the initial 30 days.

We can only offer a delivery service if the delivery address is within 5 miles of DY5 3SZ.

Anything out of 5 miles we would not deliver and it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the item.

This can be in person or by courier as long as we are made aware of when the item will be collected

We get deliveries every week. Unfortunately we do not what is on the delivery until the items are taken off and accounted for.

No you do not need a PayPal account. Our website is also able to process payments through Take payments for this you just fill in the form as prompted and fill in the desired card details.

Our Delivery rates are £5.99 for 3-5 working day delivery and £9.99 for Next working day delivery. This applies to majority of products but there are some exceptions such as fragile items and large appliances. If you live in a restricted postcode this can also effect the price of postage. All restricted postcodes are listed under our terms and conditions

Non of our services offer a weekend deliver

We currently already recycle all cardboard and plastic scrap howver moulded polystyrene is often considered a single use material and is often not recycled, which in our opinion is wasteful. What we aim to do is reduce our carbon footprint by recycling as much as we possibly can, This is why we will break up polystyrene into small chunks and then reuse it to protect your item.

All our transactions online of controlled by either Takepayments or PayPal.

We only see a final transaction and can not see any card details or bank account number

If you choose to pay via the phone. Our staff will ask you if it is Okay to turn of the call recording. This is so that we do not capture any of your details. We then put your details directly into our card machine and process the order. Upon request we are also able to send you a PayPal request if you find this easier/more secure.
