All special converted order Items come with a 1-year return to base warranty. Therefore, For the first 30 days if in the unlikely event of your product becoming faulty, we will arrange a collection and repair service. After the initial 30 days the item will only be repaired if after failing a repair a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Any faulty goods must be repaired in house as we will not conduct repairs off site due to staff health and safety, should you want to speak to someone about getting a repair, or want more information then please contact us.
Please be aware before sending your order that we do reasonable testing on the items to make sure all components are working correctly and also that you receive your working items in a satisfactory condition and time frame, All specialist orders can take up to 14 days to complete however we do aim to get your product completed ASAP. Installation should be completed by a fully qualified and insured professional, Kettle and Toaster Man Ltd do not accept any responsibility for any damages that may be caused during the installation process.
We sell New, Graded, And Refurbished electrical Products
We are graded electrical specialists and the majority of our products are either graded products or cosmetic seconds.If the item is new it will be classed as NEW in the title, If it does NOT say new then please assume the item is Graded. This means that somewhere on the item small scratches or blemishes may be visible and the boxes may be tatty or non original and will have been opend and re-taped so that items can be tested. These products are electrically perfect and carry a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.
We do also sell Brand New items on certain product lines. Any brand new items will have “New” in the title or description. If the listing does not specify “New” it will be a graded item. Our website will only allow you to purchase what is in stock. If you select more then current stock levels, this will automically be updated at checkout to maximum amount available. If you require more stock by all means drop us an email as we have deliveries weekly and the stock levels frequently change.
For all of our graded products excluding large appliances will carry a 6 month return to base warranty, large appliances will carry a 3 month return to base warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a replacement item or full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item. In most cases a pre-paid returns label will be sent via email, however any item that is deemed to be too small for standard courier will need to be posted back via a Royal Mail 2nd class service and we will reimburse upto £3 for the postage cost.
If the item is unwanted but has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and resellable condition. Any signs of use or damage will affect the total refund amount.
After the first 30 days any faulty items will be repaired or replaced if unrepairable, under the 6 month return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their own cost within this period.
