For all of our graded products excluding large appliances will carry a 6 month return to base warranty, large appliances will carry a 3 month return to base warranty. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a replacement item or full refund will be issued upon the return of the faulty item. In most cases a pre-paid returns label will be sent via email, however any item that is deemed to be too small for standard courier will need to be posted back via a Royal Mail 2nd class service and we will reimburse up to £3 for the postage cost.
If the item is unwanted but has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition. Any signs of use or damage will affect the total refund amount.
After the first 30 days any faulty items will be repaired or replaced if unrepairable, under the 6 month return to base warranty. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item at their own cost within this period.
All items listed as New will also carry a 6 month Return To base warranty as these items are likely end of line items or clearances for more information please contact us.
Please note large appliances will not be collected or delivered by Kettle and Toaster Man under any circumstances and buyer assumes all responsibility.
