At Kettle And Toaster Man we are committed to delivering customer satisfaction by supplying quality products at low prices. However if you change your mind about a purchase, or if a product is found to be faulty, you may return it to us subject to the following criteria:
1. Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 30 calendar days of receiving your items. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within this 30 day cooling off period we will refund the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back, providing the items are returned in an unused, unopened and re-sellable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned securely packaged in its original packaging and is received in a fully re-saleable original condition. Returning any item in a state showing evidence of use beyond that required for necessary handling may result in a reduction of the amount refunded. Postage for returning the item to us will be at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty please contact us and a prepaid Returns label will be sent to you via the email address provided upon checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to print this label and package the item securely for return and take this to your local Post Office. Kettle And Toaster Man ltd do not offer any home collection services. Any damage that has not been previously disclosed will void all warranty and affect the refund amount. Upon Return of item a full refund or replacement will be issued upon your request.
Refunds are available up to a maximum of 30 days after purchase date if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective. Where a replacement is not required, a full refund for the item will be made along with the original postage, once we have received your returned products. Replacements, due to an error on our part or due to a defect, will be despatched at no additional postage charge.
Any delivery or collection charges are non-refundable unless the products are faulty or the cancellation has been made in accordance with your legal rights. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the item is returned securely packaged and is received in a fully re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee of the final sale value for the item on any orders that are returned due to change of mind, no longer being required or if faults can not be replicated by our engineers.
All goods will carry a 6 month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise. For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a full refund will be issued. If the item is unwanted but the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item. After the first 30 days the item will be repaired or replaced. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return items after the initial 30 days.

3. Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We do not accept returns on opened Steam Generator Iron filters and any items that have been used unless faulty or damaged.
We will only refund your original delivery charges where an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged. Your delivery charge will not be refunded if the item is simply unwanted. On multiple product orders the delivery charge will only be refunded if all the products are returned.
All returns must be approved and agreed with our Customer Service Team as returns that we have not been approved will not be refunded and any unexpected parcels received will be destroyed.
