Warranty Information

All refurbished / graded products will carry a six month return to base warranty unless stated otherwise ( e.g Large Appliances) For the first 30 days, if the item is faulty a full refund will be issued. If the item is unwanted but the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued and it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item. After the first 30 days the item will be repaired or replaced. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return items after the initial 30 days. In the event of an item damaged in transit we must receive notification within 48 hours of receipt. Any faulty items must be returned in their original packaging and with all relevant paperwork included to enable our warehouse staff to check and process any such item(s). If any fault described by customers can not be replicated by our engineers or no fault is found a refund minus any postage costs will be issued. This does not affect your statatory rights

All new items sold by Kettle and Toaster Man Are Clearence Products or end of Line. These Items will Be sold with the Kettle And Toaster Man return to base Warrenty. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee of the final sale value for the item on any orders that are returned due to change of mind, no longer being required or if faults can not be replicated by our engineers.
